Courtesy Visit to Pride Microfinance

The Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda (DPF) has today (April 6, 2021) paid a courtesy visit to Pride Microfinance. The visit was to discuss matters of strategic importance to the two institutions.

During the discussion, Mrs. Julia Clare Olima Oyet, the Chief Executive Officer together with Mr. Balaam Ssempala, the Head of Information Technology at the DPF gave a brief background on the urgent need to update depositor information and work on an IT payout system.  Ms. Veronicah Gladys Namagembe, the Managing Director of Pride Microfinance Ltd appreciated the need for the exercise and expressed support in ensuring that the shared goal is accomplished in good time.
