DPF Board Members take Oath of Secrecy – April 11, 2022
The Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda Board of Directors on April 11, 2022, took an Oath of Secrecy. The Oath of Secrecy was administered by the Commissioner of Oaths, Mr. Innocent Kihika at the DPF Office premises at AHA Towers. This was in fulfilment of the DPF Board Charter and Code of Conduct.
The Board Chairman, Mr. Patrick Kagoro, congratulated all the members upon completion of this important obligation, which among other things requires them to maintain a high level of confidentiality in the execution of their duties during their term of service with the Fund and beyond. The ceremony comes after the Minister of Finance Planning and Economic Development – Hon. Matia Kasaija having renewed the tenure of the Board. Mrs. Kanyemibwa is the new member while the rest had their term of office renewed.
